The Irish Sport Horse is often a cross of an Irish Draught with a Thoroughbred. The most famous Irish Draught Stallion is King of Diamonds who died in 1992. The best cross has been the Nasrullah line Thorougbreds with the King of Diamond's line. O'Leary's Irish Diamond is the closest grandson to King of Diamonds.
